Terms of service
Effective October 15, 2026. These terms are between you and Pierre-Alain Schwer (“Intaka”), Rua do Monte Cativo 110, Porto, Portugal.
The Answer Audit
Intaka places up to 5 short test calls to the number you submit, over 7 days, between 8am and 9pm local time at that number. Some calls end after two rings on purpose, to measure callbacks. Test calls are silent: we never speak, play audio, or leave messages, and we never record calls. We collect call metadata only. The audit is free.
Your authorization
By requesting an audit you confirm that you own or control the number you submit and that you authorize these test calls. Do not submit a number you do not own or control. {{AUTHORIZATION_TERMS}}
The Intaka assistant
The Intaka assistant is $49 per month at the founding price and $89 per month at the standard price. The founding price is open to the first 50 firms that subscribe, and a firm keeps it for as long as its subscription stays active without interruption. When your firm misses a call, it texts the caller back on your firm’s behalf, identifies itself as an assistant, asks intake questions, and books a consult on your calendar. It never gives legal advice, and it only texts people who called your firm first. {{ASSISTANT_TERMS}}
Each week you receive a report of the calls your firm missed, the callers the assistant texted back, and the consults it booked. After the audit, Intaka places no further test calls to your number. Cancel anytime, in one click, with no call. {{BILLING_TERMS}}
SMS
