Privacy policy

Effective October 15, 2026. This policy covers intaka.co and the Answer Audit, operated by Pierre-Alain Schwer, Rua do Monte Cativo 110, Porto, Portugal.

What we collect

• From the request form: firm name, the office number to test, your email, practice area, state, and your mobile number if you opt in to SMS.
• From the test calls: metadata only. Date and time of each call, rings before an answer, whether a person or a voicemail answered, and whether and when the number called back.
• Technical data: the time the form loaded and your browser’s time zone, used to stop automated requests and to schedule calls at your local time.
• About people who call a firm that uses the assistant: their phone number and the text conversation with the firm’s assistant, processed on the firm’s behalf to handle intake. {{CALLER_DATA_TERMS}}

What we never collect

• We never record calls. No audio from any call is captured or stored.
• We never speak, play audio, or leave messages on a test call.

How we use it

To run the audit you requested, send your report, and, if you subscribe to the assistant, text back the people who call your firm, book their consults, and send your weekly report. County benchmarks are built from aggregated, anonymized results; no firm is identifiable in them.

SMS

We send SMS only if you check the SMS box on the form. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency: {{SMS_FREQUENCY}}. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

Who we share it with

Your results are shared only with you. We do not sell your data. We use service providers to place calls, send email and SMS, and host data: {{SUBPROCESSORS}}. They process data on our instructions only.

Deletion and your rights
